FIAT LUX

Fiat lux is a Latin phrase that translates as "let there be light", a reference to the Biblical passage in Genesis, describing the divine creation of light. In this series, the representation of light runs alongside the act of photographing, as if it were 

written with light, each shot being the poetic interaction of photography and lighting. Fiat Lux.
